- Talkable Share Link Preview: now you can see how Talkable share links will look like both with a custom domain set and with the default domain. This will help you visualize the appearance of the share links, making it easier to customize and align with your brand. Additionally, on this page, you will also be able to view the actual email domain(s) from which Talkable sends emails.
- Automatic Detection of Email Spam: we have implemented automatic detection of setups where Talkable emails could go to spam. We will provide instructions on how to avoid this situation to ensure that your emails are delivered to the inbox of your customers, increasing the chances of engagement and conversions.
- Improved DNS Records Status: we have made enhancements to the DNS records status at the “Custom Domains” page. This will provide you with more accurate and up-to-date information about the status of your DNS records, making it easier to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to custom domains.
- Detailed Public Documentation: we have expanded our public documentation for “Custom Domains” to include general explanations and setup instructions with examples for the most typical DNS providers. This will provide you with comprehensive guidance on how to set up custom domains, regardless of which DNS provider you use, making the process more seamless and user-friendly.
