There have been instances where Talkable flagged the referral as Fraud by matched IP address, however the IP addresses were different. This led to confusion among users.

To mitigate this issue and enhance the integrity of our fraud detection process, we’ve implemented the following solution:

IP Address Caching: The system now captures and stores the IP addresses of Advocates and Friends at the exact moment a referral is created.

This update eliminates confusion regarding the basis of fraud flagging, ensuring the reasons for such decisions are transparent and understandable.
