WHAT:
Loyalty members will now receive emails when they are getting upgraded to the next tier or downgraded to a lower one.
- Once that is set up, emails will be automatically created for a tiered loyalty campaign.
- We won’t add those automatically for already existing campaigns, so we suggest doing it manually if needed.
Emails have different default copies based on the type of tiered program: spend-based or point-based. You’re able to change email style, copy, and images the same way as with any other Talkable email.
