In Tango's "Send rewards" section, click your Reward Link, then "View all reward details." Copy the UTID value (e.g., "U957978") and use it with the tango Liquid filter in Talkable.

How can I reconcile rewards between Talkable and Tango?

Talkable sends a Reward ID as the External Reference ID with each Tango request. Find it in Reports → Rewards → ID column. Search this ID in Tango's Orders section.

How do I cancel QA or test rewards?

Use the Talkable Reward ID to find the order in Tango's portal. The External Reference ID matches the Talkable Reward ID exactly.
